Is IOP actually dead?

I clicked on the link for IOP in my favourites today (by mistake) and I noticed the last post was in May.
Is it still going? I know it has been struggling for a while, but for no one to post in two and a half months............

It looks like the forum was rebuilt at some point, because all the vintage forum sections are now in an archived section.

Yeah it was actually genuinely disturbing because the guy was clearly unhinged.
Pages on pages of him talking to and arguing with himself, and making NO sense at all.
A bit like one of Jabba's drunken posts, only an entire forum of them!
