i would reply to him ! tell him that his item is in the post to his home address !!!
and that you have sent a copy of his last email to the police and ebay, if he comes any where near your house he will be arrested. Thank him for his business and the refund he is giving you.make sure you do report him to both police and ebay like they will offer advice etc? dont drop the case mate


maybe pm his address to any one here who would like it , 30 or 40 tracked boxes of dog **** from different postcodes will be right up his street

Ok so heres an update. Reported the scum to ebay, they have "acted".....i asked how they have acted- because of privacy rules they cant tell me, only that it ranges from a written warning, to listing constraints to a full ban. Not a great reply.
Went to my local police station and it was closed- it is open from 10am to 2pm......... Il will see what tomorrow brings!

Typical ebay Ed. They half arse everything and it's very unlikely they've done anything drastic with the guy. Did you tell them you have filed with the Police (or are going to)?
Try searching for his account too. My guess is it's still there cos ebay will do anything to keep people using their site. Morals or law don't really come in to it with them.

but on a calm note, dont worry at all mate, i had one like this and i sent back "what time and where?" and didnt get a reply lol

the sensible thing to do is report it to ebay, and report it to the police, they will then think twice about threatening people like sad cunts.

I had a similar problem like this a few years ago - however the abusive message were sent out of ebay and ebays response was that they couldn't do anything.
As this prick has sent them through ebay then they can act.

Went to the Police today. They weren't really that fussed. They will get involved if a second threat is made. Alternatively if a guy with an axe turns up with an Essex accent im "allowed to call 999"...Which is always reassuring :roll:
Ive sent Chewy back Recorded delivery so this is very close to being finished.

I'm a bit surprised to hear they've said that, sorry Ed. Whatever happens this will have been reported on a computer system so if you do have to dial 999 and you can't talk etc. then someone will definitely be sent immediately.

I'm all up for a bit of vigilante justice if everyone else is keen

There seem to be a lot of vigilantes in the making on the boards- i reckon this guy would cack himself if a dozen knowledgeable star wars collectors turned up on his doorstep! Especially if everyone went in boba fett or stormtrooper outfits! That would be quite scary. I think id be tempted to get a jar jar binks outfit and annoy the **** out of him. Even my nephew who at the time was three, hated jar jar binks. The first person/ toy the child had the concept of disliking was jj binks. Fancy that, Jar Jar Binks taught my nephew to hate.
