I wonder what I will find at the local car boot sale this year?

But its Friday already and looking forward to this Sunday, weather looks perfect as it was too bloody scorchio today and didn't even bother going to the midday one.

Indeed where do the weeks go. Was lovely today hopefully can grab some items tomorrow. Happy hunting all. Was a Yard Sale on this morning. Nothing to buy though.

No car boots for me, but did find these in a couple of little antique shops in Buxton and Matlock 👍

Hi Russ, not a great day found a couple of bit along with a tenner. Will post some photos later.

Hi guys. Not great today large but slim picking. Saw the tosser today in months gave me a really dirty grin though **** off tosser! Also was talking to a cousin of a guy I use to be mates with back in school and had a shock. Two years ago at work he broke his pelvis in 8 places when a tree branch crashed into him poor guy still hasn't been able to have treatment.

Ouch doesnt sound nice at all, no treatment in two years? Disgusting and doesn't surprise me in the slightest.......

Funny you should mention tosser, I nipped to one a little further away from me today. I was sat on the tail gate brewing up a cup of tea and I noticed the lizard pulling up, he had a face like Dot Cotton pissing on a stinging nettle and much larger than his previous appearance. What I cant believe is that he walked upto me (his smell aura got to me first), and said ''this is my ground, why are you out here?'' I couldn't help but laugh and tell him to get back in his pram.

I nabbed an vintage At-St and a bunch of Black Series rogue one figures boxed, £20 well spent.

Ill grab some pics later when I get home.....Sitting enjoying some fish and chips further along the coast avoiding the hoards roaming around....

Agree there are some cunts out there. Nice one mate look forward to seeing them.

I picked up some more coinless figs and a vintage loose Han Bespin fig. I was a bit annoyed with myself though, the same dealer had the rest of their coinless figures but when I rolled up, I was recognised as the gut that bought them all last week was told that they couldn't do a "deal like last week" so I played it cool and was going to buy Darth Revan and Hermi Odle but the prices had gone up to 5 pounds a figure, I said Ok I will come back later, as no one bought a single figure from them last week until I cleared them out at 10.00am, bearing in mind they are one of the first people there each week at 6.00 am. I went back at 9.30am and the two figures had gone, which is a git as they are 30 pound each figures. I bought the other 15 for 40 pounds but can't help thinking i should have just paid the 10 pounds for the two others!! but that is me trying to play it cool

There is still several of the more expensive figures from the range so really pleased and I do have a budget each week to spend at the car boot sale and if I had bought the other 2 figures I would have missed out on a massive box of dinosaurs which will bring in a good bit of revenue, to fund my expensive habit...Vintage Star Wars collecting and not Heroin :D but I am beginning to think a Heroin addiction might be cheaper

Hi mate, typical. I know that feeling. end of the day if you have paid the agreed price and they find out later it was to low its tough. Same with the Tekken figures I purchased. Only cost me 4.50 but on eBay 25-50 its hard luck. If it was me in your shoes I would play it cool as its a bit insulting.

Good luck bud, looks like everyone is getting a few good finds.

Honestly, opened without the coins I think he was being a chancer. Had that a while ago, looking through a bin with a big sticker ''£5 each'' on it. Picking through for anything im after and I get someone parroting''oh that ones £10, hmm thats £15, oh how did that one get in there thats £30'' conveniently anything I stop to look at in more detail.....
