I had the heart pumping at my local one this morning, came across what I thought was a vintage tie fighter for £10 but then on closer inspection is was a tonka 1995 version. I didn't realise how much it looked like an original? Very well done that one

I went to my first car boot in probably 20 years today (completely unplanned), and there was someone there with some vintage which was a surprise. There was the Star Destroyer play set (missing it's front gun), for £10 and an incomplete Ewok Village and a broken Snow Speeder. I didn't see the other prices but I think they were similar and it was a nice chap selling them with some old cardboard full sized character stands (Leia, Han, Darth, that sort of thing).

I was surprised to see any vintage really and as I've never actually seen the Star Destroyer first hand I though it was big than I'd imagined.

Agree they look alike shame it wasn't vintage. Did you buy it?

I went to my local one on Sunday but arrived late, it was packed! No vintage in sight. I was going through a pile of records and then did a double take, found this return of the Jedi soundtrack but then got confused when I saw 2015 on the back and then even more confused and pulled the record out to see it was gold??? Sony must have reissued them I guess? Anyway I paid a fiver and looks like £30-£40 on eBay

Well car boot on Sunday was crap and a lot of the sellers were horrible so nasty and arrogant ******* arse holes!!

Anyway from the car boot picked up the TMNT figures, STH and the tin. Rest was from York Unleashed not much vintage put picked up a few nice items.
