Where do uou live to have boot fairs at lunch time?

Thanks, I live in Yorkshire there is one on a Tuesday and Thursday just around the corner from where I work, sometimes I go before work or go at lunch depends how i'm feeling really. The one I go to on Sunday the guy who runs it, has it on a Wednesday as well, but rarely can go to that one due to work.

Thanks for letting me know.
What a great way to spend your lunch time, I would really enjoy that.
As I alreay mentioned we have one ot two on Sunday mornings, never during the week, and these aren't every week.
That's the SE for you!

No problem, where about do you live? The annoying thing is the ones during the week are better then the one on Sunday.

I live on the Kent / East Sussex boarder.
I can see how the weekday ones are better, no early starts for one!
Good luck with your finds.

Hi mate cheers, No early starts wish that was true but they start at 6am.

Well its raining badly this morning so will pass, but last night picked up some really nice figures from a guy selling his collection off only £3 really nice condition.

Im hoping to go on Sunday, will post some pics if I geat anything. Good luck to anyone else going! Cheers

Going to two boot sales in the morning. Fingers crossed the weather is good we don't need any more rain down south.

Good luck guys

Not had much to show for quite some time as sw and other jems are getting harder to find in the wild but was over the moon today to find prog's 6-100 of 2000ad in good condition. I am old enough to have bought these the first time around but have been after 1 to 240 ish for a long time as I lost these as a kid. So very happy to be reunited with 6-100 again. In the past these have just been too expensive but managed to do a deal at £25 which I could live with and think was more than fair, to go down memory lane again :D
Some good starwars covers shown below, picked up a buck Rogers corgi ship which I couldn't resist for £3 and the cars for pennys so all in all best boot sale finds this year :)

Bossk, amazing pick up on he 2000ADs! That's a steal for those Progs. I'd love to collect those but I have enough collections going on at the moment.

Some of my pick ups this morning. Very happy with these. The AT-AT is missing only chin guns and battery cover and a bargainat £20. Left an AT-ST in battered box for £12 on another table (missing top gun and discoloured) although he wasn't exactly a rip off at that price.

The comics for £3.50 include Spawn #1 and #9 (1st Angela) and the brilliant Preacher (only #2 but I bet #1 had been in there at one time!).

The mini pinball/pachinko games were a £1 each which is just silly.
