so where the coo is normally theres raised plastic with the coo on. cool i understand now

Perhaps as the cards also had COO markings the COO's on the figures were just wiped off instead of actually being changed.
Hopefully that makes sense, as far as I know thats the reason, but I will probably be told its not :lol:
