He just doesn't get why you are upset, he's not once said why he would want a refund on a figure clearly described..
I am sorry you are going through this, in my opinion the auction was clear and if he wanted an original one he shouldnt have bid..

Dude just posted on RS when I saw this thread. What a dick especially when the whole world's trying to tell him that it's his own fault! :roll:
Maybe post a link from the RS thread to paypal and show that it's not just you that have this opnion.

This is one of the most rediculous cases I've heard. If paypal have any brain they'll know whats right otherwise what the bloody point in writing a description on your auction if it doesn't make any difference to what rights the seller/buyer has? Might as well just leave a pic of the item up just sating 'Happy Bidding'! Dicks!

I'm amazed Paypal actually did the right thing. It's shite what you had to go through, glad it's worked out in the end. Don't forget to add him to your banned list.
