Joe its long gone im afraid. All I can say in my defence is that when I was trying to take quality pictures of things with out splattering them with finger prints I found wearing the wives rubber gloves stopped the finger prints but I decided I liked the finger prints more than I liked seeing my reflection wearing bright yellow rubber gloves   .

Thanks again,

Grant.

Hey Grant :) It's good to see you around a bit more mate!Looking to forward to more pics of the focus as it grows!

Josh Hows it going mate - Have you finished your Dengar run yet also hows the Australian SW site going I havent visited it since February or March i think.

Id really like to get a look at your Dengar focus.

Are still making those awesome Dioramas. I really loved the Jabba sail barge.

Grant.

Welcome back Grant, you've gone from one awesome collection to another one I see. You must have sweated bullets having that all go through the mail.

I'm still trying to get my MIB vehicle and mint loose figures collection complete. Branching out a bit into Die Cast vehicles and figure variants too. And now I've even bought a playset.

Hi Capetown,

Thank you also for the kind comments.
I always sweat buckets when items are travelling through the post.

Your collection sounds excellent mate. I have a fondness for figure variants myself.
I have never tried to obtain any of the die cast vehicles but i hear they are quite difficult to find in good condition.
Good luck on finishing your run you must be quite close to it now.

Thank you

Grant.

Grant, welcome back fella.

Really good to see you back on here and thet are some ****ing kick arse items you've been picking up.

I was thinking of the gloves when I saw your photos. That has got to be one of
the funniest bits to have read over the last year.

Who was it that spotted the gloves from the photo??
Talking of Josh's collection, I think we are all really looking forward to seeing how it's growing.
I know he's picking up quite a few pieces.

Once again, good to see you back. You need to get Ron on here again aswell.

Haven't heard from Spoons for a while either??

Burnsy,

Hows it going mate, good I hope.

Il give Ron a shout to see what he is up to.
I think he is at an AC DC concert today but I could be wrong.

Hows the collecting coming along ?.

Also I felt I had to explain the rubber glove situation since Joe kindly brought that up again.
If i remember correctly Joe was the first one to spot the marigolds   .

I've been talking to Ron a lot recently, I think he's just stepping back for a while isn't he?

We need to explain the gloves :

On one of Grant's photos some time back, Joe noticed a reflection on the AFA case
of a figure, that Grant was wearing Marigolds. We questioned Grant about and he said he
always wore Marigolds when handling the figures.

It was bloody hilarious at the time.

I'm still laughing about it

Awesome :D

on another note I think I am 5 posts away from a pissy yellow saber - think I might go MIA again

Jay I really think you should keep that, even if one day you decide to get out of the hobby still keep it!
(If AFA were located or had a grading center in the UK then I would get it regraded to show what it actually is, but I don't think you should risk sending it over again - we can all see its not a normal Kenner release!)

Oh and just out of curiosity - if you sent it in for a U grade what do you think it would get?[/quote]

Cheers Joe the item is on lock down lol.

I'd only every consider selling him if the price was right and he was going to a Farmboy collection or something like that. To be honest though i love the item and its a nice feeling to know its a truely rare one off piece. Regarding the figure it has an 85 sub but after looking at him closely he really is immaculate not a hint of discoloration perfect paint etc :D

Oh man im dreading getting the piss yellow saber i think we should refer to it as the gold saber from now.

Burnsy pulls it off quite well Jay I think we might just have to give in..I am almost there !

Yeah holiday was good. Was pissed for days. I will take a pop round to see you tomorrow sunday. Tell you all about it
