Any info on this figure would be appreciated. It looks late 70's but is it?

Ideally I'd like to wait for a mint, boxed Palitoy stormtrooper but how long could that take? If anyone out there is looking to sell mint Palitoy 12" boxed, sealed figures please let me know. Especially Boba Fett, Obi Wan, IG88.

It's modern. If you scroll down and look at the pictures you'll see the rest of the box where is has the "Original Trilogy" logo. The Original Trilogy was a modern line of figures of the 'original series' characters/films. It came out in 2004.
