How do you pronounce gamorrean guard?

Listening to the latest Vintage Rebellion Podcast (bye Jez!), I once confronted with a challenge to my childhood pronunciation of "gamorrean guard".

I would always say "GAM-OR-RI-AN". But on the podcast, it was pronounced "GAM-OR-REE-AN".

I have no other human beings on earth to ask... so how do you pronounce it?

it was pronounced "GAM-OR-REE-AN".

This is the way I've always thought it was pronounced, although I have heard it pronounced as GAMOR-REEN as well.

I always pronounced it as if to almost rhyme with Delorean. The first time I heard otherwise was some years ago when Matt Lucas was on some show claiming he could identify any vintage Star Wars figure blindfolded. When passed the gammy, he called it Gammo ( rhymes with Zammo) - Reean ( rhymes with wee 'un).

A Gammorrean in a Delorean? Or Zammo Wee Un? I go for the former.

Thanks chipsteak that was the two pronounciations I was aiming for. I say it like Delorean.

I've always pronounced it the zammo way but think the American pronunciation (from watching 'The Making of....') is the Delorean way - either way he's my fav character
