Hoth jeremy beadle in stormtrooper disguise

I bought this figure from a market in 1994. Its a factory fault. One of its legs have been beadled and the figure wont stand up.

Is this worth anything?

Are there many factory faults?

A short leg is a 'common' factory error. Not really worth anything extra.
