i am signed up for 8 but only been getting 2.2 just clocked it at 3.7 today so hopefully will get faster

Bottom right of monitor screen should be the online symbol....two computers flashing, one behind the other.

Move your cursor over that.

The 100mbps is probably the speed at which you are networked to your router rather than the speed of your connection.

Takes about 15 mins to download a 20 track cd and betweem 40 mins and 1.5 hrs to down load a 2hr film.
