help with another toy line

when i was a nipper i had this spaceship thing that was like a giant hornet or wasp - it had clear purple winds stuck on its back which could be moved around and the head was a cockpit, in which i could sit 2 figures - i used to put my SW figures in it...


has anyone got any idea what the toy line is that vehicle was from?


it was a bit longer than a x-wing and i think it has the insect legs on it too
