I seen that, it only went for 30 as it was wrongly listed and the buyer didn't realise. If it was the POCH/PBP variant it would have went for 200-300. The leg colours on both are slightly different and the POCH one has a MIHK COO not the HK one that this one has.

I love the Han Hoth variants - as you can probably tell by my posts I dont know much about them! I've got 6 different ones now.

I love the Lili ledy's too - I think they look like stunt doubles

The second one is POCH, the one you posted I call the dark brown legged Kenner variant as there is an 'olive' one too - much more greeny coloured

IMO £30 is way too much. Gustie had a shed load if these that he sold for £10 each

Fantastic Buddy :D - You dont have a spare carded one by any chance? For sale :D

Great info spoons, I was a bit confused about the leg colour when I was told its the olive pant variant, which is that one on your line up? I think it only went for £30 because it was described as POCH and they are normally priced around the £20 for a good one, that I've seen. I have one of these in a Palitoy baggie but ive not seen one carded and presumed they where Palitoy figures , have you seen them on Kenner cards?

Snaggletooth - my photo isn't great for colours but the dark brown kenner one is far right and the olive legged one is next to him. I'd say £20 is a good price too.

I have a two pack carded brown legged Han, and I've only seen them on ROTJ Kenner cards and no I don't have any for sale Chaz - although I seem to remember ownign another in the past :?:, I'd not thought about it before but they seem quite rare carded

again the flash doesn't do anything for the leg colours, but take my word for it it is dark brown

edit* found the other one, which I sold a while back, but again its ROTJ Kenner

I also have a non-sonic welded loose figure from the Gustie haul

Here's a comparison shot of the carded dark brown legs as the photos are so poor

Great post again spoons, Andy right? Apology's is that's wrong as I know we've spoke a few times via PM but I'm **** with names.

Not with the 2 pack as i believe they where like the tri-logos when it came to all the overstock in the US but I find it strange that there found on Kenner cards but they appear in Palitoy baggies, not that strange really though as when it comes to the production for the ROTJ era there's loads of things that don't make sense. I also thought they where Palitoy exclusives as there's a few out there loose and mainly from the UK, also seen others around Europe but there still quite hard to find and especially in good condition. What's the story behind Gusties find?

It is Andy :)

Have you got any photos of the Palitoy baggies?

The UK connection does work as Gusties find was from a bloke on ebay who said he found them in UK landfill. About 20 dark brown legged Han's in various states of repair. could well have been a Palitoy dump?

The thumb size is a tell tale sign - big thumb and HK COO is usually Palitoy, and the two pack certainly has that, but so does the Kenner ROTJ?

Big thumbs and HK is a great tip, thanks

he's got the thumb :D

The ROTJ card I sold is a rare one, it may explain why a pal figure was on it? I don't remember seeing a regular dark trousered pal carded Han - maybe they were mostly in baggies?

It's a strange one but anything a posible IMO at the end of production.

I've added this here to, so not to hijack Oli's thread.

although you might want to add that there is dispute regarding the origins of the pale face figures. Some say they are a European thing rather than just Spain, and they are not PBP - I disagree :)

I agree with you on this Andy, I also have the 65back with the PBP figure and imperial blaster. Would you say your 2 45 backs are the same figure as this or do yours have a lighter face? Do your 2 have the same colour faces and would you say there the same as the PBP pale face or more pink?
http://www.starwarsforum.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=14651

I'm sure you know that there is 4 slightly different faces on these PBP Han's, at the moment I believe they where all made by PBP at different times for them selfs and Palitoy, if yours are the same but lighter then that would fit in with my thinking.

Also you said a few posts back that the clipper where packaged at clipper, do you know that for fact? I was thinking Palitoy did that and then sent out the figures all ready carded, just my thoughts but I also think that's what happened with the German ones?

I've got loose pale and pink faced pbp Hans but I my 45 backs are lighter faced rather than the 'embarassed' pink in the link. They have a really washed out pink face. Does your 65 back have the bright pink face?

I'd post another comparison shot but photobucket seems to be down?
That seems to fit in with what I'm thinking, especially if both yours do have the same colour faces. Here's my 65 back which I thought had the same face as the one in that link but it that picture it looks lighter, I'll have another look tomorrow when I'm home and let you know which one of these it is.
