Was having a nice drive in the country yesterday, turned a corner and there's two naked blokes attacking a woman by the side of the road! Naturally I rescued her and pocketed the reward cash 
Wasn't exactly sure what was going on but it looked like she was going to get proper ****ed :shock: ...oh, this is in GTA. Not real life :wink:
Has anyone done the missions with Trevor where you pick up the hitchhikers, only instead of taking them where they want to go you take them up into the hills to the cult camp? Now that's messed up!

Is it just me or are the helicopters a bastird to fly? Was on a mission before carrying a crate and the damn thing was all over the shop.
Another thing - if you modify a car and them smash it up is that it, gone? How do you modify cars and save them?

So if you buy/steal a car, modify it and then put it in your garage and safe the game, it Will stay yours. Do keep in mind that if you destroy it or leave it somewhere you lost it. (Well sometimes you still can get it Back then at the impound).
When your online you can have a 10 car garage and pay for insurance AND fit the vehicle with a tracker. If you lose it or someone steals it they cannot do much to it as the mod shop can see it belongs to someone else and wont let them mod it. Also, if they destroy it, you can ring moors insurance and whoever nicked it has to cough up the cash when you get it back! The other decent thing is that you can change the settings so your door is locked and set it to just let you have access or you and your crew. If someone pinches a car with a tracker you can see your vehicle zooling around on your mini map. If your getting chased then ring Lester and for $500 he takes your marker off the radar for 1 minute so you can do a runner without being followed.

Wow! :shock: That all sounds incredibly complicated. Not really seeing the point of modding cars because I always write them off and end up in hospital :?
Also ...has anyone made money trading on the stock market? How? Not ventured into that yet.

When my Story mode ended, i Had around 60+ million with Michael and 50+ million with Franklin. So won't be runnin out off cash soon. Plus at the end, i bought almost all availble properties (except for the 30 million theater and 150 million golf course.) so now i do have a nice weekly income for both those characters. And i can enjoy my rampages with special cars fully modded just the way i like it.
It does help if you mod your cars to the top with the armor and put bullit proof tires on it.

Now were online theres never any point going back to story mode surely and this cheat doesnt work online. I've just got the 1 million dollar car online, the adder, most expensive car available. Ive even got a Grimsby Town FC badge on the bonnet and on my t shirt and hoodie geez what a loser i'm sooooo lonely.......

Yeah, but like i said chiffy, i completed the story mode (was a really short GTA story this time) and now i am doing side mission whilst exploring around. So for me it was good to aquire some cash in a way without cheating (have not cheated once to this GTA).
I tried the online but i don't like it, most off the time it doesn't work that well for me, when going on a mission you have to wait minutes for other players... I have been online for like 30 minutes and all i did was race one other player wich i suspected a was CPU controlled player.... what's the point off that that is something i could do in story mode aswell without having to wait 20 minutes for others players that join and leave constantly....
No to be honest, i tried the online mode twice, didn't like it and never tried it again. If i want to play online i'll insert CoD

Has anyone attempted the scraps of paper mission? You go round collecting bits of paper (50 in total) and they are clues to a murder or something. Without a guide this would be impossible as they are all well hidden. Takes you to some mad locations on the map 8)
Some are in places you would just never ever notice, like on top of a pile of rocks in the desert, or in a cave on the east coast. While finding these I came across what I think was a part of an alien spaceship. This was hidden in a ship wreck at the bottom of the ocean. I left that where it was because i'm going to go back and find all those separately. If you pick them up and then decide to follow a guide later on it ****s things up.
Stock Market - Beware!
There's a random event mission where you rescue this bloke from the side of the road somewhere in West LS. After you save him from whatever it is he needs saving from he gives you the tip of investing in Tinkle shares 'right now'!
I read up on this as shares on GTA aren't something i've played with. Players seem to consider this a bit of a hidden gem and an easy way to make money. Seemed a safe bet, right! ....nope :roll:
As each of my three players had around 500K each I decided to stick about 300K each into the shares. After about four days (real time) each character had netted around 150K profit - that's like a 35% rise or something. Had i cashed the shares at this point it would have been quids in. Well, got greedy didn't I. Checked the stock market today and shares in Tinkle have crashed about 45%. Bollocks! :lol: For me that's all my profit and then about 10% on top.
Just as well I checked when I did. Dangerous game the stock market :shock:
On the plus side I found the Bugatti Veyron
