German Han Solo ESB MOCs - legit?

Hi folks,

i'm still relatively new at the moc collecting (ran out of space to store vehicles ) and still a newbie when spotting fakes on cards that aren't straight forward kenners with the old waffle pattern.

I recently picked up these two German General Mills Han Solo ESB Mocs. They are both UKG 90% (although hoth han figure is only an 85) but on inspection they have a few details i was hoping to get some advice on. (pictures at the bottom of this post)

1) They are slick sealed rather than waffle patterned (seal is almost identical to my mexico lumat moc)
2) There is a red 'over print' on the black area around the ESB logo. Not something i've seen before on my ESB Kenners. I've photoshop'd the image below as an example as I couldn't capture the print effect on camera.
3) The weapons don't look like they have ever been taped to the bubble?

The seller has a good rep for star wars items but still wanted to check the above out to make sure they are legit? Every day is a school day with this hobby!

Maybe some close-up pictures of the bubble so people can see how it is sealed will help others to help you :wink:

Hey they are legit. Part of a find in an old Palitoy warehouse.

I had the Han Hoth a few years ago. I own Han Bespin and Han Original on these cards
Palitoy changed to the black bar below the logo, not taping weapons to the bubble and omitting footers in 1982.

Your figures are a nice addition to your collection.

You can only tell by looking at the back. If it has German text, it's General Mills. If it has English text, it's Palitoy.

The ones i looked at have some German text on the front (I think). Little bit beyond my budget so probably best that I couldn't find how to buy anything :?

General Mills R2 sensor has German text I think.

I always assumed the extra black bit either side of the word 'wars' meant they were General Mills :?

Yea his site's not the best, but his stuff is bloody good. I bought Jez's Mecanno Jawa through Toy Toni, basically have a look at the site, e-mail him and in 2 - 3 days he gets back to you. His packaging is the best I have ever seen as well, double boxed and cardboard round the bubble as well.
