Yes he's still using his other 2 accounts to sell, if he has been suspended/banned in his tomli6 account then selling in other ones is agsinst ebay policy and he could be banned forever. :?

Not really, he can just cancel his own transaction and get the seller fees back, which no doubt he's probably already been doing when he's won his own items before.

It is a shame you can't message them, years ago you actually could see the bidders full usernames and message them.

I'm just gonna have to wait and see if he gets his account back to be able to leave it, only problem with that is on Thursday that will be 24 days passed then and he will get the £220 released and I was hoping that leaving the neg would lock up that money for even longer.

Iv'e been reporting this piece of ****'s listings for weeks now, he's still shill bidding on his items on an almost daily basis. He's using his 'bethanstron_3' account with 31 feedback to bid on items in this 'bethanstron38' account, almost every single auction he puts up he's shill bidding on it, they always get a shill bid straight away within seconds of being listed.

And whenever the feedback score goes up on the bethanstron_3 account low & behold it also goes up on the account that's bidding, it's 100% him.

So, just got off of live chat with ebay, got put through to the right dept. who deals with shill bidders, they've looked into these accounts and have agreed with me that the username bidding is indeed the bethanstron_3 account, they wanted to know how I knew what the username was so I told them briefly how I connected the dots to know it was him.

They are now fully looking into this and said they will take action asap within the next 24hrs.
