He just tried bidding on an item iv'e got listed in his new 2nd account, not knowing iv'e blocked him.

I have a feeling he was trying to win something from me and not pay so he can hold me by the balls to get his Jawa money released.

 how many accounts do he have on ebay ? and what if he make a new account that you do not know about ? :?

Just 2 accounts I think, but yes there's nothing stopping him from opening a 3rd and retaliating.

**** him, if he wants a war he's got one.

War war war

Can't you stop new users/less than x feedback bidding?

Would be great but ebay don't allow it otherwise every seller would do it, and they want to give new members a chance.

Some sellers put in their item descriptions "if you have less than 10 feedback message me first before bidding", and when they get messaged then they block their username  a clever tactic sellers have had to resort to.

You sure? I haven't listed on ebay for ages but last time I did I'm 99% sure there was an option to stop people with less than (say) 10 positive feedback bidding on your items. Have they removed that option? That would be typical of ebay, stopping sellers from tryiung to protect themselves by cutting out the newbies and the tossers who buy but don't pay.

Pretty sure yes, iv'e been using ebay since 2001 and have never seen that option anywhere, just double checked on google and there's nothing to be found. However there are options to block certain buyers, such as members with a minus -1 feedback score or less, or who have x-amount of 'non-payment strikes' within so many months, or buyers without a paypal account etc, but no blocking option of members with a score of 0 or above.

Looked it up on ebay. Unless he's winning 10 or more listings you're out of luck and will just have to keep watch.

"Block buyers who:

Don't have a PayPal account
Have received 2 Unpaid Item strike(s) within 1 Month(s)
Have 4 Policy Violation report(s) within 1 Month(s)
Have a feedback score of -1 or lower
Are currently winning or have bought 10 of my items in the last 10 days and have a feedback score of 5 or lower "

Arrh so we can actually block buyers with 5 feedback or less but with a ridiculous requirement.... why ebay whyyy? :( :(

I sold a jacket recently listed as only posting within the UK.
It had several bids and then a bid from a user in Korea with 0 feedback.
I was able to remove his bid which subsequently blocked him/her from bidding again on that item.
I listed my reason for doing so.
It was good enough for me.

Can you believe this piece of **** is STILL shill bidding on his listings?.. top bidder with 216 feedback is the tomli6 username...

I reported his listings previously before this thread which ended up with him getting his accounts restricted, and he's still doing it with this listing so I reported this one earlier today as well.

This guy will not last long on ebay, hopefully!

 And he's just got another negative today, for selling fake weapons and not describing items properly.

You can rack up loads of negs before they take action. Last year a user bobafettsbounty_5 was selling loads of items listed as pbp and Lili Ledy when they weren't, as well as sending out grey Palace Blasters on a shed load of Last 17 Lando Generals when they were pictured with black. He was also cancelling winning bids when they didn't reach an expected value, or didn't send out items claiming they were lost in the post if they didn't sell for enough. He racked up around 30 negs in a month and received multiple complaints before eBay did anything and I think that was mainly down to them being held accountable for so many money back guarantee cases.

Hopefully he will be kicked out of ebay, but I fear he will come back again and again :(

Well the little twat has now been either suspended or banned  the dumbass carried on shill bidding even after he had his account restricted, so no surprise there, but still a great result. :)

He'll also be getting another neg from me in about 8 days too to add to his fine collection.
