Excuse if I'm wrong here and accept my biggest apology.

But is this the same actionforcetoys Andy who put a ton of toytoni's for sale when the story broke.

The same guy I contacted on eBay and declare theres no proof, and even though there was none, refused unlike other dealers to put a disclaimer on the eBay TT's?

The same guy who would happly sell TT's to my mates and people in the community without a care.

The same guy that was contacted by the BBC this year- changed the name of his eBay account name and used a second account to sell Toytoni's without a disclaimer to hide is tracks. Soundbase megastore was it?

If so, ignore my PM about a 45a TIE Pilot- even though I have been after one for years- there is no chance i'll buy from anyone who fraudulently deceives my mate and the community at whole.

If not- best of luck with your sales.

Just hang on one minute. Change my shop name? I did that as I changed the other shop into an ebay shop for clothing, please do not accuse me of doing that to sell toy toni stuff and deceive people. My other account had seller limitations so had to list on my business account for a while but it was blatantly obvious it was me, my address and business name was all over the listings so I was hardly trying to hide. When you messaged me the story had just broke and it was at the time when toy toni hadnt disappeared and it was completely unproven. As soon as there was a bit more evidence I put disclaimers on the few items I have of toy tonis. For the record the ones I have are 3po, hoth storm, bossk, tie fighter pilot, and thats about it, they are all currently on ebay. ALL have disclaimers on. I have sold toys and cases to thousands of people see my feedback so please dont try and mud my name for no reason all my items are genuine and the few toni items I have have got a disclaimer on. FYI I have spoken to the BBC several times about toy toni as they wanted to do an interview with me and put me on tv. An offer I declined as anybody else would.

No the vast majority are genuine, he ended up buying a whole load of Toni's in the time he has been collecting

If you listen to these people you will get that impression, if you look at the facts they speak for themselves. Ask anyone who has dealt with me I dont need to prove myself to anybody on here. See my feedback on ebay. Quite annoying to see these comments really

Anyway just for the record, I have just wasted half an hour reading some of the negative posts on this thread, not sure what the authors were trying to achieve with it, but Im not wasting anymore time reading them, I am busy dealing with the serious buyers who have contacted me.
I am inviting offers on my collection as I simply want to get the most money possible. I am asking people to inbox as that is the way I want to do it to separate the time wasters from the serious buyers, it has worked well. I am also inviting offers as again this is the way I want to do it and it achieves the best possible return. Some of my collection will be going on ebay, and some sold privately.
Anyone seriously interested drop me an email and will be happy to help.
As for toy toni stock I have a grand total of 4 different pieces, all are already on ebay with disclaimers, so thats the end of that. I will not be checking this thread again so feel free to say what you like, the thousands of people who have dealt with me via ebay and through my store will vouch for the authenticity of my products and the service they have had. On your blacklist for just what may I ask? For selling Toy Toni items like anybody else which now have a disclaimer on? As soon as there was any serious proof I put that disclaimer on so think this is a little over the top but if thats what you want to do thats fine not in the least bit bothered. There's a lot of naughty posts in this thread that don't sit right with me. I have dealt with Andy a few times both buying and selling and I can honestly say I have had no problems at all. He is a genuinely good guy and doesn't deserve the negative posts.

What I find most pleasing is that after your many 'hauls' you have not managed to find the majority of the really tough figures, as you were told a few years back.

I managed to find many hard to find pieces FYI and my collection is of a very good quality as anyone will tell you who knows what I have, I am not getting out for the long run, I am selling some stuff to raise money for a business venture which will earn me more money to get back into the hobby in another 12 months. Not that I need to explain this to you. Not quite sure why you are so bitter Lee, and why you feel the need to post all this negative stuff on my thread. If you have no interest in what I am doing then do not comment on my posts!

As a collector I have to say reading all this from the outside the emphasis seems to be all on monetary gains. While everyone wants to get the most they can when and if they do sell, this forum for me has always been about helping each other out. Ebay is for getting the most you can.

You have been dumping Tonis on unsuspecting buyers since the scandal broke. Grant told you in December last year and you basically told him to **** off.
All the evidence has been there for a year now. You only edited the auction titles in the summer after having them reported to you repeatedly by collectors.
Ones which which weren't pointed out to you are still for sale undeclared on ebay right now:-

You have made no effort at all to protect or look after your customers. I have had them asking me about their purchases and I am the one having to tell them they
bought Tonis. You should be the one doing this before you sell them. So you're on the blacklist, and you're staying there.

Very well done Jason, I miscounted! All of these apart from 1 has a toy toni disclaimer so just what is your point? Am I now being accused of conning people because I didnt check how many possible toy tonis I had on ebay when I posted the last post? The reason I had 4 in my head was because there are only 4 different figures on ebay that I purchased off Toni that are on ebay. They are 3po, hoth storm, bossk, tie fighter pilot. The rest I bought from other sources.
I have even added a toy toni disclaimer to one that isnt a toy toni, and theres one that possibly is a toy toni which has not got a disclaimer on, so clearly you can see that this one is a mix up. Anybody with any common sense can see that. Or will I now be accused of conning myself???

Going back to your first point Jason I am unaware the Gamorrean Guard is under the spotlight, its the first I know so I will gladly edit it. I never told anybody to **** off either. I told Grant when he messaged me that I had spoken to Toni and he assured me the stories were rubbish and that he was taking people to court over it. When it blew up for the second time, I was in China for 2 months, AS EVERYBODY IS AWARE. The staff dealing with the ebay shop immediately put disclaimers on the items as soon as they was made aware of how serious it was. And as for your blacklist, who cares about your blacklist except yourself, it doesnt lose me any sales so keep me on it forever with pleasure it it makes you feel important.

It says there is a possibility and that is what that means, a possibility. Doesnt mean it is a toy toni but if the disclaimer is there anyway then that covers it

Selling up like this is quite traumatic and I dont want to sell my collection at all. If you are here to help fellow collectors out as you say you are, then act like you do and show some compassion and get off my case will you! I am just minding my own business trying to sell my collection quietly so why dont you all just let me do that instead of bitching about anything you can. As I said I am pissed off enough as it is having to sell up dont need all this hassle.

As for looking out for each other, I have just honored a sale where I got less money for 12 thirty backs, but I already shook on the deal so didnt want to let the guy down. So I went with it. If that isnt looking after my fellow collectors then what is?
