If this was a PR move on Jordons part...it was horrible and possibly damaging for him. The odd thing is he has not commented on any of this on RS...you have been left out to dry. It is not your fault,...it is the fault of the foolish dealer of these items.

This is the first time Ive chimed in on this but I have been looking from the sidelines here. It certainly is a strange setup and I am not surprised that the sales thread has taken the turn that it has. That said, I think we might need to look at this in a few different ways:

1) Either the OP is selling them for or on behalf of Jordan Hembrough in which case I doubt she will be doing this completely alone and I highly doubt when it comes to the crunch and a deal goes through Jordan would place this responsibility solely in the hands of someone who is inexperienced. If he does, that is up to him and there is without a doubt an increased chance that something could go wrong.

or

2) The seller is selling them for herself with little guidance from Jordan. This is foolhardy at best.

or

3) This is all a rather elaborate but altogether painful to witness, hoax.

If it is indeed a marketing ploy of some kind it isnt a good one as collecting is often built on trust and big sales in particular rely heavily on this. Jordan would have been best off selling these himself no matter how busy he is. It is after all, his name being banded around and his reputation that stands to be damaged. Would selling these be an impossible task? No. Would selling them individually be more difficult? Yes. Do I think the chances of selling this set has decreased now after the way it has been advertised on here and RS. Almost definitley.

i am offering my services if anyone needs a 'sales ****'..ie: some clown who you set out to do the dirty work, but messes it all up with some ill timed agression and crap pictures..if i was flogging 30k,no 20k er, hang on...2 pound a pound figures then i'd be overseeing it myself and it wouldn't matter how busy i was.

This isn't RS,where any thread of interest or contention gets locked down,this is SWF and on here it's a lot more liberal,where folk can say what they like(up to a point) and the thread will remain open, and this forum is a far better place for it.

You can't honestly come on a UK based forum trying to sell figures,that in the UK are highly prized,with a flimsy story and really shitty pics and not expect to get any grief.
Do your homework next time

She was supposed to post the photos in the Discussion thread. At any rate, no need to be concerned as I spoke with Jordan again by phone and he requested the Classified thread be closed.

Could not agree more and hats off to those who moderate us. Sometimes discussions go all over the place and the truth is not sugar coated.

I guy with a glitzy cable show gives a 14 year old girl a $10.00 camera to take picture of 30k worth of figures. It does not add up..he is either a complete moron.., a bad PR guy..or it's a complete lie.

He wouldnt at home and had to call a friend to go take them. The picture as I have said 1000000 times but no one reads, is the pic was to show we had them, wasnt the final pictures. I said email for details and more, meaning i would email better pic when i got them. I am sorry i didnt make that clear. People act like i said, here are the pic, now paypal me 30k lol

Again, I just asked who wanted details, i was NOT selling them. I was just passing info. However why do people say I am inexperienced? Sure i never done it here, but i have done deals before. Maybe not the big but I sold rare MOC items from Kenner, not just Star Wars. Travel to cons and shows with dad growing up, worked/helped at comic shop. I was able to get top dollar for a MOC Yak Face at a show in NC back in 2010 I think it was. He keep low balling me, like thought I didn't know what I was selling. Sure I am not experienced as Jordan or others here but I think I am more experience that 99% of others my age.
