I had another one of these errors this morning at around midday-ish:

Fortunately the website seems to be working again now, but I thought I would report it in case anyone is keeping track of these.

Thanks, yes it often seems to be down between 11-12 in the morning recently. The error message you are getting basically says there are too many users, maybe that is the most popular time!
