First-time valuation - am I anywhere near right?

Morning all

I have a big bundle of 200+ vintage figures and have finally plucked up the courage to go through each one and value it, in preparation for selling individually.

Anyway, following some of the excellent instructions on this site, I have hopefully correctly deduced I have a:

R2-D2 Sensorscope GMFGI 1977 No Coo figure. Head clicks.
What I am unclear about is the state it is in - anyone able to kindly grade its condition from the pics - and is my description above more or less accurate?

When selling the best thing to do is add lots of photos as you have, descriptions can be subjective so unless you're 100% sure it's much safer to avoid saying things like "excellent condition" and let people decide for themselves.

Great - thank you.

I saw a similar figure here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/151750707401

But mine's not in as good nick, so would you be able to guess at a sensible price?

Cheers! :D

Good advice from Edd, there. Let the pictures do the talking. I would add that any obvious defects above those pictured are also mentioned in the listing. Not so important when selling figures as you have plenty of opportunity to cover all aspects of the figure with the 12 photos available.

As for value: I picked one up from the last Farthest From in very similar condition but without the slight discolouration to the legs yours seems to have. As I recall I paid about £8-£9 for him. The following one is an almost mint and the ask here is only £18. Yes, bit of ink mess to rear but doesn't massively detract from the overall look of the item too much:

£36 for a sensorscope R2 is absolutely nuts.
