Figure Fixing - Arm.....

Won’t bore you with the details.

I have 1 x Rebel Commander. 1 x Arm out of socket.

How the hell do I get the peg back in the hole ?

There must be a way...but at the moment hole is small...peg is large ( comical I know )

Restoration advice welcomed

Place the arm in a mug,
Fill the mug with boiling water
Leave it for a few minutes to soften

then...

Carefully remove it (it will be very hot to handle) from the water
using a small (electrical) flat head screwdriver, persuade the arm back in...

It won't be easy and just slide in, but it will happen eventually.

If the plastic cools too much, re-immerse in boiling water for a few minutes.

That's a cool idea I've just watched it on YouTube. When I first searched it, i stupidly just typed 'boil and pop' at the start. I soon found out what happens when you don't add Star Wars figures in the search. :lol:

How cool. I watched that video when trying to work out how to fix my figure. The Bespin Head works so well with the Han body.....specific to the arms. Was it tricky to put them back in ? Any tips ?
