Favourite Star Wars Video Game

Jedi Arena - Atari (2 player)
SW Battlefront - PS 2 (Mostly due to split screen 2 player.)

Having 3 brothers meant 2 player games were always more enjoyable.

I forgot about Force Unleashed. That is the best one IMO. Battlefront 2 looks and sounds great but it's like a step backwards in terms of gameplay. Those physics in Unleashed where you can grip characters and throw them around like a rag doll. Mind blowing at the time. Still amazing now! Upon completion If you play through again with your Sith he's so unbelievably powerful enemies don't stand a chance :)

Has anyone played Unleashed 2? Is it good?

My favorite Starwars game has to be Atari's Starwars arcade game from 83' and I'm lucky enough to own one 8)

"Red 5 standing by"

Agreed, 10p got me some serious game time on the old sit down arcade machine I absolutely loved it.

Love the Dark forces games, really like Rogue Squadron as well.

Have a soft spot for force commander, but Empire at war (gold edition) is probably my favourite one. 8)

The SNES games all 3 the same fantastic better then the modern rubbish.
They were great, even though it took me a while for me to work out how to kill the Emperor in SNES ROJ, and I never could destroy the Death Stars in SW or ROJ :)

I haven't played computer games for a long time, but back in the mid/late 90s it used to be:

X-Wing;
TIE Fighter;
Rebel Assault.

I know the gameplay on Rebel Assault was awful, but the graphics and sound were amazing at the time! I love X-Wing but TIE Fighter was fantastic. I lost days to those games :)

Tie Fighter and and X-Wing Alliance for pc was my favorite games and the star wars games for the Super Nintendo 8)

For me it's got to be Star Wars Trilogy Arcade by Sega from the late 90's. It was released around the time of the Special Editions, and luckily it escaped any of the new additions. It's kind of a sequel to the original Atari game, an on rails shooter. It pretty well emulated on pc and mac using Supermodel3. Hook up a cheap flightstick and its just like the real arcade game!

Btw, for you gamers. Here's a free game a friend and I made - Star Claws Trilogy Arcade. It's on our itch page.

We made it to keep interest going on our "proper" game Space Moth DX, which at the time was on its way to being greenlit on Steam. Anyhow, Star Claws works on PC and Mac. It was just a fun side project - I had a great time doing the graphics.
