Favourite Cardback.....back?

Carrying on from Pete's card back pic thread, got me wondering what everyone's favourite card back, back is?

Mine would have to be an ESB 41E, love the Blue Hoth theme they had going on here as well as anything that pictures the mighty AT-AT has gotta be cool.

So what's yours? (Apologies if this has been asked before, I'm just to bloody lazy to look to see if it has.)

I've never been a fan of the hand drawn 12 back! This is my favourite, love the psychedelic colours! 8)

The ESB 41c & 48c are my favs... They hold the memories! "I want that one, I want that one, I want that one..." Also, ANYTHING with "Revenge" in it back then was full of anticipation!

i like the lily ledys black and white backs! ive yet to own one
also like the meccano backs with the blue snag on
but my fav is esb 41 back on blue back ground

I love the Palitoy 12a, The 20 back, 30 and 41. I tend to lose interest in them after that. Never liked the trilogo back

The Trilogo back isn't terrible I just wish they hadn't been so into cost cutting at that period that they didn't even update it for the POTF figures, in fact it's really weird how they just didn't bother in Europe advertising the POTF figures on the backs, sucks really - most people had no idea who or what they were when they saw them lol

Agreed. I can remember buying Anakin and Imp Dig as my last figures without knowing anything about them. I was convinced I had all the figures and it was the shock of seeing all the figures in Sansweets- concept to screen to collectables with the Last 17 on it that inspired me to maybe try and get a set of the figures ( maybe with weapons). That was 18 years ago.

I think though that there's something cool about the 'tacky' (for lack of a better word) for the very first and last vintage star wars stuff. Like the palitoy talking R2-D2 or the paint by number sets, to the trilogo miscards and toilet paper quality last issues.

Anyway- I agree with you guys, the 41 back with th AT-AT is pretty awesome.
