Here is a link - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Star-Wars-Palitoy-Tri-Logo-Princess-Leia-MOC-/230725716460?pt=UK_ToysGames_ActionFigures_ActionFigures_JN&hash=item35b85309ec

Very Interesting Piece started at a fair price for me! :)

I am sure Lee appreciates you giving him some extra advertising Liam

That's nice. Always wanted one of those but a little on the pricey side for me.

OK...

This is potentially going to be pretty huge!

Chris Caswell notified me about this Trilogo at one of the recent (2011) UK shows/conventions, he was going to buy it on my behalf but we spoke late in the day and the rest is history.

Anyways, THIS is super important.

This very figure WAS stolen from Ed!!!

Lee - It would be extremely important for you to remember who you got this from and perhaps Chris can shine some light on this as well, as far as I know this is the first figure from Ed's collection that was stolen many years back to ever surface and if we can look at where it came from perhaps Ed can finally get some answers..

Will PM you Lee to see if you can help!

You're right guys, it's definitely the same one. This is the first I've heard of it so please can somebody fill me in - source? Has anyone contacted the seller? I can contact the police if I have something solid to go on.

Contacted both Lee and Chris Ed, Chris definitely saw it at the show, I think possibly even Ed (the other Ed) as well so maybe they can remember the dealers name + what he looked like. BTW- I have 100% faith in Lee Gregory not being involved (he is the current seller and a member here) but if he was the one that picked it up at the show he can also give you some leads.

I am really interested to see how this pans out as I would love for you to find out who done the robbery Ed! (not to mention possibly recovering your items!)

****ing hell - this is massive

It is easy to start guessing here but I wonder if the person who stole these now feels that it is safe enough to get them out into the market.

I know there is a thread on RS but perhaps we need to get it live on here and get all the guys out looking for these on Ebay/Gumtree/Toy Shows etc

A man of Liam's ability should be able to sniff a few of these out as well

Thanks Joe. Yes don't worry I won't be chasing anybody reputable with a pitch fork  Great detective work as always! Would be great to get some of them back. Here's the original thread for those interested:

Wow. I know who sold it- a very well respected member from another forum- I saw the item myself and wished I had bought it.
I will get in touch with the seller ASAP and get his take on this lot.

I hope it can shed some light Edd

He didn't have a stall, I don't want to say too much until he defends himself on here.
The guy is IMO 100% standup and I would be amazed if he knowingly acquired this as anything more than a very cool miscard.
I have attempted to contact him, if edd wants to pm me in the meantime that's fine- I don't want to publically out this person without hearing from him first.
I am positive he is just a link in the chain.

Fair do's dude. 'Tis only fair. Like you say... they probably have no idea what they had in their possession

I don't want to stoke the fire as it's not all clear yet but it wasn't just this Leia the seller had at the show that was stolen from Ed- many other figures he was selling appear to have belonged to Ed as well.

edited for clarity.

Yeah..... There are several mocs sold that match the list.

Let's not jump to conclusions though- the seller could have easily bought them in good faith.
I mean of the hundreds of items I have bought I have never once asked if they are stolen.

I have literally been cross referencing parts of Ed's stolen collection with ebay items and forum sales for ..well, probably too long now (As Ed might remember every time I pm'd him with a "hey you used to own this!" message)

At this point, regardless of what will happen (thief caught and strung up by his bollocks or not) I can actually say I am just so relieved that after so many years Ed's collection has started to emerge..and from a single source, it gives him something to work from. My family and I have been the victims of two household thefts (non collection related) and I can tell you robbery is one of the most upsetting things that can happen to anyone, I would give anything to know who broke into our house and stole from us so this is a small personal victory for me if it helps Ed find the bastards that stole his collection.

Good luck Ed mate, get the ****(s).
