Who's our latest victim then?

Go on then , you can still pick on me, there aren't many who would put up with the **** brigade ;)

And by the way, I haven't stopped defending 8D8, I will simply blow your socks off with 8D8 goodness the next time I decide to show off ;)

(LOL'ing at my own statement here)

I have proof that people really do love 8D8 - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VINTAGE-8D8-UNPUNCHED-MOC-ORIGINAL-AFA-WORTHY_W0QQitemZ120454353507QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_ToysGames_ActionFigures_ActionFigures_JN?hash=item1c0ba39263&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14#ht_862wt_1166

lol no it was to show the price it went for

Joe I once paid £250 on an AFA 85 NM+ 8D8 on a Kenner 77 back. It had a crystal clear bubble with an unpunched card and no price stickers. It was a stunner if you like 8D8s. I sold it off when I scaled my collection back. It was the nicest 8D8 I ever saw apart from your Tri Logo Clipper 8D8.

Thank you.

Jesus man that's a quarter of a years budget for me :D

It was a steep price to pay but it was one of last ones I needed to find with a crystal clear bubble and an unpunched card with no stickers in 85 condition.

Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet when trying to finish a run off!

Do you really have no old pictures of that great carded set you had ?

Not one Joe, I hate to look back only forward when it comes to collecting.
Ron saw my carded and boxed collection as he helped me move all the pieces once or twice plus i used to show most of my latest examples to Ron as he only stays 5 minutes away from mine and he was also working on a similar goal to myself at one point.

Thank you

Grant.

That's a shame really Grant but I guess if it's not your thing then so be it, still lots of nice collections to look at from others :)

Oh and back to the 8D8, well the guy had 2 for sale, and they both sold..so I guess it was a good deal in U terms..?

The only other U90 up on ebay is $140-160 I think!

Ooh... Guess who bought the one I linked!

That would have been enjoyable actually, I like buying things for myself with other peoples money - could have put it towards some more loose figures!!

I imagine it'll be for sale tomorrow for $150

A while now weasel, been offered + seen a few but not quite what I was looking for , price + condition wise.

I actually had no idea what was out there when I bought my first MOC but as I have all the other Kenner ones and came across them quite easily it does seem that this is a bastard to track down.

I am putting a few nails in the coffin as well by keep banging on about my ****ing 79 back because guaranteed someone will eventually find one and buy it to sell to me

So, I think the real answer to your question weasel is - "sorry? what 79 back?"
