I really love the 8D8 figure, I remember it as one of my favorite star wars figures when I was a kid, kenner did a great job with it and it was a bonus that the legs can be removed, I removed them a lot on my 8D8 when I was a kid :cool: The only thing I missed was the arms cannot be removed if I remember correct.

Better late than never, here are my 8D8 figures. From left to right:

A no COO Smile variant with no circles on his hips.
A no COO Smile variant with circles on his hips.
A Lili Ledy variant with a hard torso with sharper details, darker brown and yellow paint, duller silver paint (which doesn't photograph that well), and mixed hips (one with a circle, one without).

For the COO close-up shot, because the figure is white and my camera isn't very good, it's hard to make out the details in a normal flash photo. I have therefore included an extra image that I've darkened to hopefully make the COO's a bit more legible.

Bit late on this one.

My 8D8 and the card it came on, which i received 40 years ago to the day. Last time I got Star Wars toys for Christmas
