got a USA kenner first version fully boxed and mint toy had not been taken out of box the inlays and instructions all all perfect absolutely mint seller said electronics not working but the box and ship was all mint , i got it put batteries in it nothing then i put stronger new ones in nothing sat it on the table was just looking at it and moving it about the light come on and 10 minutes later the sound started all that was wrong was it had sat dormant for about 30 years i was so please my ship has no yellowing on it , i really think its to do with sunlight or strong lights than age the colour i mean its 30 + years old and managed to stay white its not just a fluke its how its been treated that ages it the same version of my ship sold last week on uk ebay for 300 mine is every-bit as good if not better and i paid 100 flat out for it if you want pictures i will happy upload them
