Put a best offer in 2 days ago, didn't get any messages through my inbox but noticed the listing had ended on the item. Just by chance today noticed that the offer had been accepted on the 11 March that I had put in, paid straight away and apologised to seller.

Actually pleased as thought the item had gone to someone else, but really bad from ebay. I did get email to yahoo account but nothing in my ebay inbox. Had loads of notifications about other stuff so know it's working. :roll:

I've had that same thing happen. Put an offer in for something and then 2 days later i get an email from the seller asking when i'm gonna pay for the item. Had no idea i'd won it.
Really strange that eBay seem to have chosen not to send notifications for winning an item you've made an offer on given the ridiculous amount of emails and notifications they send.

Me too, only noticed when it said I needed to pay for 1 item on 'my EBay'

Yeah it's really annoying as you say the amount of emails they send. :roll:
