Coin Corner is the only one here providing any evidence to back up their story,if you can't & are blatantly trying to scam someone then you need to be banned from this forum as we don't need our members engaging in this sort of behavior! :twisted:

If I'm wrong & you're telling the truth then I'll gladly apologize but I'm not holding my breath! :lol:

Edit: if you can't get screenshots up then ask one of the mods who'll gladly help you out!

I am still not convinced we have had the full story yet - but this is looking bad on JFK which is a shame as a few guys have spoken up for him and this is kind of a kick in the face for them

Coin Corner has shown some mildy annoyed messages and a screen shot of one transaction - but nothing concerning empty boxes or eBay's ruling in his favour

JFK has shown us nothing but at the moment the burden is on him - Coin Corner has basically accused him of theft and if this is the case then I am guessing that a lot of people will not want to deal with him and it is also probably a banning offense - so really he needs to pull his finger out

Yeah I hate to be part of the 'witch hunt' but I feel JFK has to provide something here or should be banned. It looks bad on him, SWFUK and the whole Star Wars collecting community if no action is taken here.

It doesn't work like that I'm afraid..

This isn't a witch hunt by any means but..lets just say that you are to blame here and you did actually send back an empty box to the seller and then resell the item you were meant to return..the members here aren't going to just live with it and move on! If it's true and it comes out that you have tried to scam the guy with the refund + empty box trick then you will be banned from here, no further questions asked because we don't want people like that running around buying and selling on SWF. Please take that into consideration and grasp the fact that unfortunately it's up to you to prove your innocence to the forum, which you really haven't done very convincingly up to this point.

None of us know which of you guys is lying and who is telling the truth but when you see the accused swearing, ranting and sending snarky messages n private and the accuser calmly posting his side of the story with screenshots + being pretty helpful..how do you think it looks?

Just to reiterate, if you decide that you want nothing else to do with this thread and are prepared to walk away without providing even the tiniest bit of evidence to prove the sellers claims are false then it's very likely that you'll no longer be participating on SWF. I really think you should take a bit of time out and gather the evidence together which proves you haven't scammed the guy and present it in a clear way for the rest of us to digest.

If it's easier for you to accept being banned than do the above then I can only assume you are in the wrong which then justifies the ban anyway..

Actualy at 45 years it's actualy very hurtful the prospect of not being a member ,I would have put the evidence up but I'm basicaly unable to ,I can't and therefore without my proof I'm fooked I get that and I'm sorry I can not sought out this small ask ,but as hurtful as it is not to be a part of this community ,I have to take it on the chin ,my last sale on here has been delivered ,so if it has to be then I'm ready I'm a big boy ! If you don't know how to take a screenshot on a laptop/PC then perhaps use your phone to take a clear picture and upload it from there... You've added pictures on the forum before, so it shouldn't be much of a problem.

thats a genuine sale that happened and that was sent back to the states ,I'm sure he will be selling that in the near future again , he is slippy he managed to wipe my neg feedback left within a hour the guy knows the ropes ,unfortunately for me I'm the biggest looser in this ,you live and learn that's a fact of life ,plenty more things to get on with

Was sent pictures I had asked if there was anything else new stock sought of thing yes there was pictures and payment was pay pal ,I know I know I know all wich looks bad ,but he has the item back ,regardless the fact he says I sent a empty box the fact is he's stated he's recieved his money ,no loss to him in that respect ,but I've no proof I can share my bag I'll live with it ,I'm out of pocket and rep shattered ,nothing more I can do ,so that's why if the rules say I'm to be banned then I'll take it on the chin the forum has to be right with it's members and only fair to move forward in the correct manner besides I'm a big boy ,I'll live .

Just get your pp account on the screen and use the windows snipping tool to select the part we need to see, save it to desktop then upload from there and do the same with the chewie email

Jason, so many people are trying to help you out, but all we get from you is cryptic messages and excuses - I'm sorry to be so rude, but you've got guilty written all over you! Every time someone comes up with another way for you to help yourself, you either ignore it or come up with another excuse on why you can't... For someone calming to be the innocent party in all this, you've really done nothing to make people see that. If I was in your situation - I'd be doing everything to prove my innocence.
