JFK (sorry I don't know your real name) I can understand your frustrations, but please know that no one is ganging up on you.
I actually think you've contributed a lot to this forum but please take your time, think about what you want to write! I think your rushing your side of the event, leaving everyone a little confused with parts of the puzzle, but not the full picture.
Maybe have a couple of days off from posting here and come back fresh my friend.

There was a 12 back cheewy bought outside ebay with the seller ,that was sent with the luke and it was that item that had the lift ,but I was only covered on the luke ,so I had no choice but to get my money back that way ,the seller was not communicating at all ,so I left a neg to get him of his arse and sought out the issue ,still no reply ! Feedback wiped off ? I opened a case and I'm still out of pocket but the seller recieved the item in question we both know what the issue was about ,what was I to do ?

So in the picture - you are describing the Chewbacca MOC and not the Luke MOC, but because you brought the Chewbacca outside of eBay - you were trying to communicating with the seller through eBay about the Chewbacca MOC, but opened a case regarding the Luke MOC (although the problem wasn't with the Luke MOC) but you wanted your money back on the Chewbacca MOC as you had paid for it as a gift payment via paypal. So you sent the seller back the Chewbacca MOC, but lost the eBay case, your money, and the Chewbacca.
I guess I can understand, I mean if someone sent me a partial reseal claiming it was fully factory sealed, I'd be annoyed too.

Exactly ,it sounds double complicated when put like that but ,it didn't have to be ,his choice ,but in his own words he has recieved his money back but I can tell you now I'm down easy £140 anyway but I'm not poring petrol on a member rep ,I'm in flames here

I am not clear on what is going on, but my dealing with JFK has been superb. He bought a 12 Back C-3PO off me recently, paid fine, left feedback, great comms. Chatting with him over PMs I got no hint of him being anything other than a genuine guy. After buying the C-3PO, he suddenly realised he needed some funds for another SW purchase, so asked my permission before selling the C-3PO. Even offering me some money back if the item sold for more on eBay than he paid me.

Sounds like a very fair bloke to me, and from the outside looking in I'm thinking that why is Jas defending himself do much if you were the guilty one wouldn't you just be embarrassed and not bother coming on the forum again? Only my thoughts but like I said before I think he seems a good guy.

There is no 12 back Chewie that was sold outside of eBay. JFK has fabricated that story to make all the other craziness somehow make sense I guess. I've been selling on eBay for 16 years and forums/newsgroups for almost 20 and I've never had to deal with anything like this. I have been kind of professional the whole time.

Coin Collector - what exactly did you sell to JFK - he obviously purchased the Luke from you - but in your post on RS you seem to be claiming that he stole this from you and send you back an empty box - is this the case - or did you actually sell him a couple of items - one of which he returned (so you didn't get an empty box)

There is no witch hunt on here - but when someone claims theft like this and then it is refuted by another then the rest of us would like to know the truth because it affects how we deal with both parties in the future

JFK bought one item from us, a 21 back Luke with a sticker tear in the upper right corner. They were unhappy that we would not lie on the customs form. They started sending us nasty messages on EBay about it and left us negative feedback. They made up a story about the bubble being glued on the corner and asked for a return. We granted the return and the sent us an empty box. They sold the Luke that they were supposed to be returning on eBay. Through hours and hours of work I was able to get the feedback removed and all of our money refunded through eBay. There was never an item sold outside of eBay. It's really simple and I have every message through eBay saved and screenshots of the messages, the item JFK sold on eBay and the threatening post they made on this forum.

A one post wonder has already done the dammage ,casting dought on a forum member ,the fact I'm still reading and defending myself on this post proves the dammage is done ,I'm like a hit and run victim ,I'm here and he's ****ed off - I don't give a **** about RS but I do here - so still reading it here is upsetting but I'm trying to ignore it and get on with better things on here

I have pictures and video of the box that was sent back being opened. The customs form says the box weighs 161 grams. Try weighing a carded Star Wars figure in a medium weight box with packing peanuts and see if you can get it down to 161 grams. I have documented everything about this case because I knew early on it would end up like this. I have 7-10 hours invested in calls to EBay and EBay UK regarding this case. It's a well known scam to send back an empty box because eBay will refund the money as soon as tracking shows it was delivered. It's then on the recipient to prove there is a problem. I had to send them pics and file a complaint with the Internet Crimes Complaint Center before the case was reversed and I got all of my money back.
