Yeh always two sides to a story ,a case was opened on this but this was not the only issue ,the box was not empty ,there was 2 other items purchased outside of ebay and this was sent with the item and it was a issue with the additional item a case was opened and was returned ,the case was on the 21 back luke because that was the item I purchased from ebay ,but not the item there was a issue with ,seller swerved and avoided everything ,he didn't recieve a empty box just like I recieved partial amount of the money I spent ,infact I'm still short ,but hey ! let him moan ,it's a shame he was not more vocal when I sent countless messages on the issue on the cheewy , I'm at the point now if the guy wants to dig me out ,fill your boots ,here there anywhere ,couldn't care less ,he knows and so do I ,end off.

I was hoping we would get some kind of clarification on what actually happened here but after that reply I'm even more confused.

Can you take it slow and type your side of the story out a little more coherently? With the RS thread up it's you that have to prove your innocence because unfortunately many people will see the watch out thread and trust the OP's side of the story (they'll also see that thread when looking up your ebay name on google too)

Also I don't open accounts on forums to cast shadows on members ,I've only been a member on here ,I've not put a post on RS or FACEBOOK or anywhere apart from here SWFUK and ebay they are the only 2 sites I either buy or trade ,here is the only forum I've shared with over the last few years , Aahh what can you do ,I'm off to eat pizza the simpsons are on.

Yes sorry I purchased a 12 back chewwy with was outside of ebay $600 that had a lifted bubble as it was outside ebay I could only open a case on the 21 back luke ,he knows this and is just pissed ,I'm pissed also not about the money I lost but the feedback he got removed ,bract that pissed me of the most ! but guess what at 45 years old I'm not giving a fook what this guy says because he knows and so do I exactly what's the real issue ,also RS members cast me to be avoided then I guess I must be the new toy Toni :lol: seriously though I'm not a member on RS so they will have to draw there own conclusion ,me ,I'll sleep easy tonight !

Why didn't you open a PayPal case on the Chewy MOC Instead of opening an eBay case on an item you were happy with and then went on to sell?!

I know this has little and nothing to do with settling this but I just wanted to say just lately I've had a couple of pms from JFK first time I've really spoken to him and he does seem a real nice genuine person, obviously you can't judge what someone is like after a couple of pms, but just wanted to say.

Because the cheewy was purchased OUTSIDE ebay and posted inside with the luke ,my only leverage of a case was on the luke ,either way I lost money ,and the item was returned ,and like I said ,I was more angry that this guy gad my feedback removed than any money issue , I can't open a case on a lifted bubble on a item that was purchased outside ebay ,how am I covered ,it was a gift ,so I could only open a case on the luke , the guy knows exactly what the issue was about ,there's no need this should have been raised here by a stranger ! +1 to this. I'm not following what happened very well here from your perspective JFK. Are you saying you bought an Ebay item off Greedo1973, but then added an additional item (from facebook or wherever) to be packaged along with that same shipping order?

When the deal went bad you were meant to return the ebay item but instead you only returned the additional item and the ebay item you relisted yourself and sold?

I may well have got that wrong but a step by step of what happened would help.

Actually it's far from clear and obviously a few of us are struggling to get what actually happened.
You've been accused of shafting another collector on a collecting forum that a lot of us post on. You said yourself you only post on here and as you well know we dont do witch hunts but surely it's in your best interest to take the time clearly explain what happened, we genuinely just want to hear your side of the story and the facts of the matter, so far you aren't doing yourself any favours.
How you respond to this thread is entirely up to you but if you want my advice drop the attitude, if forum members are asking you questions it's out of a desire to help not hang you.

Howdy! I'm the seller of this item. The story that JFK is telling doesn't make any sense and is not at all what happened. I have screenshots of all of our messages and the pics from their auction when they sold the item that was supposed to be returned. Luckily through a lot of work on my end I was able to get all of our money back. Others will not be so lucky. It took way too much of my time but I was not about to let someone use the flaws in Ebay's system to steal $558 from us. Please let me know if there is any info I can provide. Cheers!
