I'm in bitter eBay ****ed off seller mode at the moment so I say send it back. Even Jesus would lose his patience with eBay. Just praise him that you are a buyer and not a seller ...more rights you see

I was watching this auction and forgot to bid - good job now!

I'd say a £10 refund is fair enough, especially as you've rescued the cannons.
 
I agree £10 is a great price, but I would still have left him Neutral feedback. Others need to know everything is not as it should be when they buy from him. You could be nice and write problem solved got a part refund or something like that.

You are right...he even mailed me before I even received xwing saying "positive feedback would be appreciated" !!
 
if i have had a problem with an item and the seller gave me a refund ,or we came to an agreement that we was both happy with
then i always leave positive feedback
