eBay/Paypal problem - "Your Refund didn't Complete"

Click on 'help & contact' link at the top of the page, then there's a 'contact ebay' tab.

Think that's the one I clicked but then it directs you to which purchase you have a problem with so they can put you in touch with the right person. That's where the problem is though as ebay has deleted the purchase from this section.

I'll take a look in that area though in case it's a different area than I looked in before.

More and more people leaving ebay and only using it to sell ****, or stuff for collection/cash in hand only.

I agree that is often the case, but on this occasion it was well and truly the seller dicking me around!
