Absolute c***. Definitely goin on the block list tho my ebay shop automatically blocks bidders with more than 3 non-payment strikes against them. I suggest you all use that setting and stop c***s like this from buying anything from anyone.

This guy really needs to be blocked from everyones ebay. NOW! He mainly buys Star Wars stuff and is quite likely to screw over several more members here.
Someone really needs to post a warning about him on RS too. People selling vintage Star Wars stuff need to be made aware of this absolute cretin.

As a buyer all you can give him is a positive negative. Back in the day, his feedback score would have been total shite. Now with the new "The buyer is always right" feedback scoring, sellers can not win against this type of idiot and he knows it.

Had the same problem with a rockape1981, looked into his feedback and there were a lot of unhappy sellers complaining of non payment. Natuarally i opened an unpaid case and also wrote to ebay to complain and bring to their attention this serial offender. Of course they did nothing but advise me of opening a case. I also told them their system was flawed but i guess the current procedure is more convenient for them as they have less to do.
The problem is if sellers dont open an unpaid case then the culprit will continue to get away with it and thats the problem although obviously ebays system for highlighting offenders is flawed. The sellers who left positive feedback with negative comments should have instead opened an unpaid case rather than the comments as it ultimately does nothing to block the unsavoury time wasting buyers. Had they opened cases instead i wouldnt have had the problem, but some people dont have the time and after i wrote to one of his victims she said she was too afraid to open a case for fear of antongonising mr rockape1981.

It's very difficult to report buyers. I looked on ebay this morning for some way of reporting him. Short of phoning ebay i don't think it can be done. And they're not going to give a flying ****. Trust me!

Just found this post - I had the same problem with this dick, I cant believe he is still getting away with it!!. Ebay is terrible for this sort of knob. Just after he had stiffed me he immediately placed 3 bids on the other stuff I had on!!! As a fairly newbie in collecting and using ebay (less than 2 years collecting vintage) I found it tough to find info on how to ban him.
No - he won an auction - but didnt pay, he then had the audacity to but bids on my other 3 items, after I had told him to piss off! managed to ban him from bidding on anything else - it was a few months back - ebay doesn't make it easy to report these tossers.PGowdy said:

If he won an item from you you would have received an email from ebay telling you "you've sold an item" that email would contain the "buyer"'s name, address and email address whether he'd paid yet or not.
