I would imagine it's the items he has just sold (Bill was an "expert" on Euro and Palitoy items especially baggies and loose variants)

I've read a lot of Bill's posts over the years and I see a similarity in the way he uses capitals in the middle of his auction titles to emphasise certain words and his use of exclamation marks at the end of each auction title..
