Early Bird Mail Away Set

Hi guys,

I just wondered if anyone could price how much I should be paying for this?

No baggies. I think the Chewy came with the Green crossbow for the Early Bird (Not black) and I assume the DT is real. Still I do not own a set and have always wanted one. As far as price goes................I will take a stab and say tops the price a loose DT luke plus maybe $800-$1000 for the rest.

Maybe a couple hundred less........... the figures look a little played with and the tray looks crushed in areas.

$1200 is a good price. I would still offer them a $1000 with The figures open, the damage to the tray and the weapons being wrong. I think the leia blaster was green as well. If you end up paying the 1200 you still did good.

It has it's pegs still bagged and all the paperwork in there. Not in the greatest condition but not in the worst. They still do not come up often at that price....it's a steal.

Hi Bram, good to see you posting again. I think I saw this for sale a couple of weeks ago, but god knows where. I seem to remember something about the paperwork not all being there? Could be wrong but you might wanna check mate. Also, I think chewies weapon came in both colours in the set, and it's not always a DT saber.

Hi mate,

I am in talks with this guy and he's sending a lot more pics and a back story etc... I know they came with all sorts of different weapons and some DT and some not. It's just they don't come up that often so I am not too sure what I should be paying...

The one you may have seen was on eBay but didn't have paperwork or a DT Luke and had damage to the tray and the box and that went for $200. Hence why I was surprised with the valuation.

Obvioulsy the DT Luke adds a lot of value, expecially for me.

Thought I would ask today as I am not too sure what this week will hold for me.

Also, reading Chris g's description there, this set maybe made of separate pieces. He mentions that usually the set with a Luke dt would come with a cheque which had a green bowcaster like Todd said.

All info that I can use to haggle... If it is a put together set though I may leave it. Dependant on the price!

Like I said Bram....a few years ago I seen an empty tray sell for $100................but it appears prices have dropped for the set in open and mid-grade lower condition. I stand corrected....the Chewy in later forms in the EB did come with a black crossbow...but that was with a normal Luke Farmboy.
