DT Luke in near mint - What should I be paying?

Hi guys,

I am looking into buying a DT Luke and was wondering what the ball park price for a near mint DT Luke would be?

Don't want to overpay and the prices are so random on evilbay.

I would say £250-300 myself. I saw a AFA85 sell for £450 on ebay a few days ago

I've seen them as low as £200 on here and RS but normally there is a fault with the sabre

I would be so wary of buying off ebay unless it was graded as this is a figure that can be faked so easily

Yeah I saw that one, dont think they paid as it sold as a buy it now at £400 a few days later. Just missed it!

Well its a guy off RS who's selling it on eBay. Really not sure what to do, i've bought off him before and they were really lovely figures!

It's an underrated figure IMO and much tougher to find than a Vc jawa

Also it's really fun to play with

Sorry dude, didn't mean to come across as an asshole!!!

I will dig a picture out I had to upgrade the figure as they are prone to yellow limbs. Rest assured it is the correct figure for the sabre

You used to be able to pick up a really mint DT Luke for $200-250 but not these days, I would go with the guys estimations on this one. The minter it is the higher the price unfortunately.

I have kept the original figure and if it ever is sold I will send the original with it.
It took bloody ages to find the correct Luke for the sabre.

TBH I have spoken to the guy and he's gonna throw in 4 other minty figures which means I would be paying about £270 plus shipping...

I think its about the right money for this current time, they may go up or down but apparently its an early bird one.

Should I go for it?

£250 is about right for a nice one, but whats £30 if you know its gonna be as described ect... i would go for it.
