Well chaps I need to fund the wifes new bathroom. Just wondered what the going rate for this bad boy would be and if you think its worth getting a better Luke and going for a re grade at 85? I appreciate that this seems very mercenary (I have only ever graded one thing before) but the frickin wall tiles are £800 alone and the total cost is making my bottom twich. Cheers Simon
