Hi all haven't been on for a while but I sold my childhood collection of figures to quite a few people off here and while sorting through the collection of vintage models/vehicles that were in my mams loft I found this:

Does it have any value?

Hi Andy, is it a magazine about the film or is it a comic of some sort?

I doubt it has much value but it might be worth a few £'s to someone on here. Definitely not worth the bin though :wink:

i'd say in this condition, about the same as the original retail price
maybe double that

there's loads of these on ebay all the time, so plenty out there, and not that many collectors after them

OK cheers for that guys I googled the ISBN number and found a few on amazon for not much money and condition not great not worth posting the bin or fire awaits

Maybe it sits in the corner and calls you names under it breath, does it have an offensive odour, is it sleeping with your wife?

Well it's obviously not yesterdays paper other wise you wouldn't have gone to the effort to take a pic and ask for a value.

Yep, I like to Hoard the stuff out of peoples bins when they crack it cos someone on here tells em it's not valuable. :lol:

To be honest you would be best off not bothering to post on here anymore - why come onto a collectors forum and then say you are going to burn an item when you find out it isnt going to make you the milliosn that you hope.

People on here enjoy the Star Wars brand and you are just antagonising them

Didn't want millions but just thought it may be worth something but it isn't so whats the big deal I'm no collector and if its worthless why would I want it lying around the house?

To be fair Andy's comment seemed slightly toungue in cheek and all things considered if the item is worthless and of no age why would you keep it?? It would be more trouble than it's worth trying to sell it. It's not like someone offered him a price and he said "no i'm gonna burn it" like the other tool did on that mentioned thread. That was an entirely different situation.
I think people have been a bit harsh here without much cause. Probably still reeling a bit from Gizmo's thread. Which is understandable.
