Does anyone walk around car boot and collectors fairs with..

I tend to drink a large tea whilst I'm there, if I come across any weapons I'll then pee in the empty cup and float test them.
Then sell them on here..... :D

Ive got my local car boot on tomorrow, first one of the year, takes about 4 hours to walk around it, last one i went to i picked up about 6 run of the mill loosies, no weapons to test though

I got a boxed falcon this morning, but yellow, everything present apart from training ball and arm, no inserts but still has the instructions. I'm well happy!!!

Score!!! 8) can't remember the last time I saw anything vintage on the boot

i went to a carboot near amersham about 2 years ago, found a crappy atst on one stool and the seller said 'theres a bloke over there with a table of old star wars stuff' im thinking yeah a load of phantom meanace stuff? and then in the distance i could see a boxed falcon :o He had a table full of boxed vintage ships and playsets and a darth vader carry case full of figures. he wanted £350 for the lot, unfortunatly for me it was the last week before payday, all i had on me was £80 so i managed to get a falcon, slave 1, jabba playet, wampa all boxed and a few minty figures for all the cash i had. if only i had the cash for all of it.

im struggling to remember what he had left, pretty sure an at-at, b-wing, snowspeeder, landspeeder, rancor, x-wing and some mini rigs, i think he wanted a lot for the at-at and figures more than anything.

its a great feeling though seeing a table of vintage in the distance and walking as fast as you can with a belly full of butterflies.

its suprising with vintage at carboots, the last 2 ive sold stuff at ive taken a box full of beaters with me and both times not one person looked at them, so there is still a good chance of finding stuff.
