Do you have dreams of finding vintage Star Wars?

This morning, I woke up after a very special dream....
I was inside a charity shop, and was standing in front of the kids toy shelf (you know the one) and on the metal shelf there was a bright red plastic box, sticking out the top was the front part of a biker scout, removing this and putting it aside I then pulled out a slave 1, then a out popped a AT-ST walker.... the rest of the box had what looked like an ewok village, with a couple of Assault Catapults. There were no figures, but at the bottom of the box was a shed load of weapons & accessories....I quickly put everthing back into the box and quickly took the full box to the counter, a little old lady served me. I kindly asked how much for the full box? Just when she was about to tell me i woke up . So i'am not sure how much the box of goodies was. Did she know the value of the box? Was she going to say £5 love.....I Just do'nt know.

Does anyone else have dreams like this, or am I on my own? :?
I did have a cheese sandwich before bed :lol:

Cant recall dreaming about vintage. Have dreamt Ive been in the Star Wars universe a few times. I took on Vader and a load of stormtroopers in a fist fight once. Happy days.

Wish that one would repeat itself......


Also had one about going to the pub with Harrison ford and he wanted pie and chips and was moaning about some DIY....... absolutely nothing to do with Star Wars whatsoever... surreal.


Maybe I should go to bed earlier.....

Yep, often dream about finding stuff. Usually in a shop or I bump into an old school friend and ask them if they've still got their SW toys :lol:

I also have regular dreams about Adders and tropical fish! Weird :lol:

I used to about 25 ago. Always about going round car boot sales finding stalls packed with tons of vintage goodness. And the same thing going round toy shops and finding new old stock on the shelves. But for some reason I never actually purchased anything in the dream.

I've had a few normally about unearthing great finds at charity shops or car boot sales.

It's actually very disappointing to wake up and realise it was all a dream, bit like when Bobby Ewing came out of the shower after he was supposed to have been killed.................. nah nothing like it all :lol:

As my knowledge of collecting grew, my dreams became more complex.

But don't think I've had one in years

Think I've mentioned this before but I have had a reoccurring night mare relating to a real thing that happened at a boot sale in 1992, found a box with a few ewoks and other figs in but also contained action force / he man that I didn't collect and failed to buy the amanaman, barada and prob others because I didn't realise they were last 17 as was just going back to collecting since1983, but picked up the amamaman staff for some reason :!: becauce I liked the look of it :!: , think they were all pence at the time :roll: why why why didn't I buy it all what a twat, hence the nightmare :lol: :lol:

Does anyone dream that they are actually Luke Skywalker or Darth Vader? Or maybe a dream that you are flying an X-wing or some **** like that?

They would be cool dreams! Much better than being disappointed at a carboot sale :lol:
