I have 25 of these 1 ft cubicles to fill. I just quickly did these and it looks crap. Any suggestions?

SW vehicles one level, ESB the next , ROTJ the next lol (either up to down or down to up!)

Not much you can do really, either set them out in release order or make dioramas like coco has which include figures related to movie scenes.

To be honest I never really enjoy looking at ships on display but thats because I have my feet planted in the figure pot , I like them, just not that much.

Whatever you decide I still like those cabinets!

er that is because you can't get many for less than £5 Jo...lets not pretend now ;)
LOL JKing mate

Put only one ship in one cubicle. Display it with a few figures that fit to the ship.

If you are not happy with it you can use some background... maybe something like this:

Cheeky git lol

Nah I do like some, I really like some playsets as well but I just can't do them justice on display and as I really only played with the figures as a kid I wasn't that keen to buy ships that I never had.

Always had a soft spot for the AT-AT and AT-ST vehicles though, those are some damn fine toys!

I shouldn't give tips on displaying, here's why:

In fact the only time I got close to displaying them was when I
took a picture of them for sale rofl

I'd go with a possible background and figures to liven up the display.

Here's how I have my vehicles/playests....

CLICK

I tried keeping things together where I could, but the constraints of space maent that i sometimes ended up with and Endor bit next to a Hoth bit

what is the taun taun and rancor talking to jabba about

most have mist that scene :D

btw maybe you got fine a way to customise that cabinet and create some longer cubes( well they Wouldent be called cubes anymore ( cant remeber the englisch word ) but iam sure you know what iam trying to say

then you could display them better , just an idea

Thanks for the ideas. I think more diorama type set ups will be the way to go. Jimmy I know what you mean but taking sections out will mean the whole thing falling apart. It's an Ikea no screws hold it together things!! I will have larger spaces on top and on anther cabinet for bigger stuff- At-At, Ewok village, Falcon etc. I'll take pics as I go :)

i don think so , arent the horizontale boards long one pieces and the verticale pieces short

then you could just leave the middle onese out but you'd have to start from scratch again

iam sure the strenght would be the same if you took two short boards out

then you have two longer sections in theire
