i have a loose luke farmboy which ive had for some years. and noticed someone has colored/painted/permant penned his hair floresent yellow similar to the yellow higherlighter pen color, any ideas of getting rid of this it looks awful!????

Goo gone removes some marker. If all fails you can use finger nail polish remover.
