Couple of 12 back´s, are they legit?

A couple of questions as I´m rather new in this game.

Are these prices correct? What does a good 12 back usually go for?

The Jawa looks like the seal has been messed with to me and the seller is clever in the description, by not saying their factory sealed. The Stormtrooper bubble looks a bit wrong to me as well. The price he's asking I would avoid these like the plague, to many questions. Just my opinion though. :?

Prices are fairly subjective, check some completed listings for recent prices, I notice a few have pops removed.
