There is a much bigger market for factory sealed pieces than opened ones as they are so rare so yes it was a bad idea to open it but it is still a super minty example.

Could you confirm by taking a picture of the inserts/contents and also the back of the box where all the company information is?

Don't worry about it Andy, worse things happen at sea & all that, you will still get a good price for it, just DON'T OPEN ANYTHING ELSE & you will be ahead :wink: not like you have lost a thing really as they have all come to you free m8, so don't feel bad , like I say others have done so intentionally on the forum just to wind other members up, so its no tragedy, now if it had been a carded palitoy vinal cape jawa, you would have had a linching poesy at your door with a burning cross :lol:

Love seeing collections like this unearthed, best of luck with your sales I'm sure your Granddad wil be happy knowing they will end up in the hands of collectors who will look after them.

It will also serve as a legacy for the fact he had enough foresight to keep them in such great condition.

Though i should let everyone know i have decided to sell the collection piece by piece.
I will probably sell the majority of it on this forum.
