Hello.

What is Santa Claus bringing you this year. I happen to have a lovely girlfriend who is buying me 2 Attakus statues.
Last year I was lucky enough to receive a 41-A back Leia Hoth afa 85 for my Christmas present.
Are any of you getting anything Starwars related.

Cheers,

Grant. :D :D :D

Not sure grant dont think the missus would tell me, she would like to keep it a surprise I imagine!

Hope you all get what you want anyway and have a great day when it comes around to it!

Surprises are cool but I'm a really ungreatfull bastard and brutally honest. I find it difficult to pretend to like things I cant be arsed with so Christmas for me is no different from any other time of the year.
This will be why I am probably being asked what I would like for it.
This goes right back to when i was 8 when i had a big box in amongst me Christmas presents and I left it until last to open thinking in my head it was something fantastic so when i finally opened it. It was a fecking black and white television for my bedroom. It was that **** it had a dial to find the channels.
Now if that's a surprise i would rather not have them.
Forgive for being a ungreatfull fecker. :D :D :D

Cheers. Grant.

Spoons,

I think they might be worth money now. Retro televisions mate.

I sold mine for £5 to someone when i was 17.

The odd time when i took my girl friend back to my house I would rush upstairs and put the black and white television in my mums bedroom just incase they saw it.

Cheers, Grant.

i sold my old tv on ebay, it was one of the first stereo ones - it sold for a fiver

I guess I need to sit down and think what I want for Christmas, telling people what to get you tends to save you ending up with a gastly jumper or something like a bread maker that you will bever use. Well, theoretically!

Weasel I totally agree, Nothing worse than ending up with something **** that you cant be arsed with on Christmas day. :D

Or the old favourite, when that lovely new jumper "doesn't fit" and your mum/sis/granny announces that she didn't keep the receipt cos she "thought it looked lovely, and was just your size"

I just ask for the money in most cases bud. IL buy it myself. My family don't really by me anything they just let me choose myself. Some people probably think that's **** but it saves any hart-ache.
Like you said even if they get it right and find something OK but it turns out to be the wrong size that's **** as well. Receipt or not you still have to wait for the world to get over Xmas. :D :D

Cheers.

Grant. :D :D :D

My relatives won't give me money cos apparently that's "boring" probably that and they know I will just piss it up against a wall!

I usually have to buy myself something if I want anything vintage for Christmas. I'm hoping this year to save up for a POTF Luke Jedi or maybe a coin or two to put in my frame. I decided to do the RS secret santa thing this year, so I should at the least get something vintage that way. My wife hasn't used ebay very much, so she usually gets me a modern item if there is something out that I like. As of right now the only modern thing I would want would be the BMF, but I have no idea where I would put the thing if I got one. It's so big. :D

I am hoping that my wife took the subtle hints about a Bertby or if not then I will get one with any money that I manage to get from Santa!
