Guys

I am new to the board and I was wondering if any of you can assist me. I am collector who views my Star Wars Collection as an investment.

I am about to acquire a couple of 12 back Palitoy cardbacks. These are not in a
perfect condition as the bubble is slightly coming out.

I would like to know:

1. What are the best ways to look after them?

2. How do I prevent further detachment of the bubble from the card?

I have already been advised to request extra care when they ship the items.

Many thanks!

Getting them through the post in one piece is going to be a problem. I've actually sent Star Cases to people who don't have them in the past, along with a bag of packing peanuts so you could do that. Make sure they pack the inside of the Star Case with the peanuts (not so it'll crush the bubble obviously), as that helps protect a fragile bubble a bit. There's a thread on here somewhere showing a little cardboard case you can make to further protect them.

If it's decent money you've spent, could you take a drive to collect them. Far safer!
