Cardback Reworks/Projects

Just for the record it wasnt aimed at you cobra lol
I said something like I think its pathetic when just because someone owns a cardback that was most probally produced in the 100's or 1000's that they seem to think they have copyright over it like they are gods gift when at the end of the day its a ****ing bootleg anyway . although I can see the making fakes argument too
lol i have had that happen to me before Andy when I insulted someone and then you cant get out of it lol
What Nik did to Joe was wrong though and looking up old posts seems he was dodgy before

Jabbawokkie - its no big deal to me m8, i will get one - watch this space , the guys on FFURG are also against the repro rip offs going on, i only stated that so they can see my posts there and an insight into my intentions, sorry if you think i shouldnt have posted this forum name too btw.
However i dont have to justify anything i do to anyone, im only being polite as thats the kind of person i am - usually - if your trying to give me advice - then i thank you but i always get what i want one way or another, ive just added another 17 scans to my collection, if i was someone to worry about i doubt i would be telling you this information, i have nothing to gain here, i only joined to chat and catch up on my fave hobby ...
and on that subject, my chip and toner has arrived for my laser printer, the chip is to reset the printer so i can fill it as many times as i like without it refusing to print and have to order a genuine samsung toner cartridge (for those that may be interested lol), ill solder that in later on
Figures - have just bought a Taiwan Boba Fett (loose), and a C-9 C3P0 (loose).
Oh and a bag of POTF coins I guess ill have to get some POTF cardback scans and bubbles now

Its very quiet there at the moment, some guys are still active, some busy with normal life etc, it is an old site looking at the posts but full of good info and decent helpful guys, if recarding is your thing its the best place to learn to do it to a very high standard.

That was the plan, to get hold of a scan of one of those (blue or red) but it seems it will cause a lot of unrest so im going to try and just make one

As far as unrest...do what makes you happy, If you worried about what some of the more snobbish collectors think like the ones on RS, you wouldnt make a repro or custom at all and only buy AFA to fullfill your anal whims like they do. Heres my first 5 recards, the Jawa card i did not print but bought from a guy in Majorca off ebay (it turned up with a hole in the box and the bubble missing - i complained and he said i have to buy another recard before he sends me a replacement bubble - even though i sent him the proof the box had been opened before reaching UK - customs label - so he can stick that idea where the sun dont shine) ... anyway heres my first attemps ...
